Summary
Nashville River North is a unique opportunity to transform prime riverfront land surrounded by some of Nashville’s most vibrant areas into a new lively community in one of the fastest-growing markets in the country. The project will repurpose former industrial land into a cohesive hub of residential, office, and retail spaces.
Nashville River North currently includes 651 apartments, 78,000 SF of creative office, and 74,000 SF of retail. The development consists of two apartment buildings, Oxbow and Wayward, and two commercial buildings located along the riverfront. Retailers will occupy the ground level of each building affording a lively streetscape environment.
Construction commenced in September 2021, with completion scheduled for Q3 2024.

Nashville is one of the nation’s top real estate investment markets due to its strong demographics, including population growth, job growth, income growth, favorable trends with recent corporate relocations, development-friendly regulations, economic stability, and market momentum.
The site is located in the East Bank submarket which is poised for significant long term growth. Oracle will build its corporate campus directly to the north of the site while south of the site, the Tennessee Titans have begun a massive redevelopment of their stadium and the surrounding areas.
Nashville River North will offer residents and office tenants excellent access to downtown Nashville and surrounding neighborhoods like East Nashville and Germantown, as well as revitalized and interactive space along the Cumberland River.
The site is located in a designated opportunity zone with the potential to provide certain tax benefits to the investors.
