Summary

3111 Sunset will be a 16-story luxury residential tower in Flower Mound, Texas. With beautiful views of Lake Grapevine, the project will be a part of the Lakeside Village mixed-use development, which will have a collection of shops, restaurants, hotels, a wedding chapel, and an amphitheater. 3111 Sunset is expected to be completed in early 2025.

The 16-story building features 203 apartment units, six rentable townhomes, and 6,100 SF of ground floor retail space. Apartment homes average 1,250 SF with open floorplans, floor-to-ceiling windows, and generously proportioned balconies. Each residence will have lake views.

3111 Sunset will offer residents top of market amenities including a resort-style pool on the sixth floor, a spa, state-of-the-art fitness center, game room, golf simulator and multiple lounges.
